Daniel F. Adams

Daniel F. (“Danny”) Adams, Esq. is the youngest associate attorney at Adams Gallinar, P.A., where he focuses his practice on real estate, corporate law, finance and banking, and private wealth law. Known for his strategic thinking, and client-centered approach, Danny brings fresh perspective and sophisticated legal training to high-stakes transactions.

Danny earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law in 2024. Throughout law school, he was named to the Dean’s List every semester and was recognized for his academic achievement and legal writing ability. Before working at Adams, Gallinar, P.A., Danny interned with the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, gaining invaluable exposure to federal appellate procedure, judicial reasoning, and complex legal analysis – an experience that deepened his understanding of high-level litigation. He also completed a clerkship with the prominent litigation firm Podhurst Orseck, P.A., where he worked on complex litigation and class-action matters.

Before law school, Danny graduated with honors from the University of Miami in 2021, where he majored in Business Law and minored in Finance and Music Business & Entertainment Industry. He served as Vice President and Head of Philanthropy for Sigma Phi Epsilon, raising over $30,000 for hurricane relief and children battling cancer.

A proud graduate of Christopher Columbus High School (Class of 2017), Danny was a four-year varsity letterman, team captain of both the swimming and water polo teams, and a competitor in the Junior Olympics. He received the Academic All-American Award for combining excellence in both academics and athletics. Danny’s discipline, competitive drive, and teamwork mindset continue to define his professional approach today.
