History
Adams Gallinar, P.A., was founded nearly 30 years ago by determined attorneys Robert R. Adams and Michael Gallinar, who met at Steel Hector & Davis and became life long friends and law partners. As a boutique transactional law practice, Adams Gallinar quickly became recognized by clients peers and the community for their skillful and collaborative approach.
Throughout its history, the name Adams Gallinar has been associated with transactions that have shaped Florida’s landscape – from complex real estate deals and innovative corporate structuring, to commercial transactions and guiding private wealth clients through estate planning.
