Biography
Michael D. Gallinar is a founding partner of Adams Gallinar, P.A. with over 30 years of legal experience, specializing in complex real estate and corporate matters. Prior to founding the Firm, Mr. Gallinar was a Partner at Steel Hector and Davis, at the time one of Florida’s largest and most prestigious law firms.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gallinar has handled a broad range of real estate and corporate transactions, including commercial real estate sales and acquisitions; construction, mezzanine, asset based, preferred equity and permanent financing transactions; loan workouts and modifications; foreclosures; condemnations; corporate, partnership and limited liability company formations (including drafting and negotiating shareholder, operating and partnership agreements); commercial development; and leasing transactions. In addition, Mr. Gallinar is frequently sought out and retained by domestic and international law firms to act as special Florida counsel in connection with Florida-based real estate transactions.
Over the course of his extensive career, Mr. Gallinar has developed a reputation for handling and managing sophisticated commercial transactions in a professional, efficient and productive manner. Mr. Gallinar has achieved the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell rating (“AV Preeminent”) and has been recognized as a top lawyer in several publications, including Florida Trend Magazine’s “Florida Elite” and South Florida Legal Guide Top Lawyer.
